andpay has been developed to make it more consumer friendly to request money from people around you via the (Algorand) blockchain. Sharing wallet addresses itself aren't really convenient and user-friendly. With andpay you can easily create a payment request for your wallet and send it to a friend.

No, we don't. The crypto funds are transferred directly from the payer towards the receiver.

Yes, andpay is free to use. We don't charge anything to our consumers at the moment. In the near future we plan to release certain Pro features which can be unlocked for a small monthly subscription, paid with Algo.
