This Privacy Policy explains how Nixblizz SL, operating the AndPay brand (“AndPay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you access or use our SaaS platform for payment orchestration. We provide software and do not hold funds directly.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account, contact and waitlist data: name, email, industry and estimated volume.
• Business and billing data: company name, tax identifier, address, phone and billing email.
• Customers, products, invoices, quotes, expenses and documents you add to the platform.
• Payment transactions, amounts and statuses; card references, brand, last digits and expiry used for subscription billing and authorized AndPay fees.
• Terminal configuration and integration keys needed to connect Redsys.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide, maintain, and improve the platform, to communicate with you about your account, to secure our services, and to comply with legal obligations in the Principality of Andorra and other applicable jurisdictions.

4. Sharing of information

We share information only as needed to deliver the service:

• Redsys and the bank providing your terminal, to process and authenticate payments
• Infrastructure Providers, such as Vercel and Supabase, to host and operate the platform
• Cloudflare Turnstile, to verify waitlist requests and prevent automated submissions

We do not sell your personal information.

5. GDPR and CCPA compliance

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have rights under the GDPR to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA to request disclosure of the categories of personal information we collect and to request deletion.
